Welcome to the SPCC Partner Membership program! These terms and policies govern your membership and participation. Please read them carefully.

SPCC Partner Membership is reserved for frequent users who prefer monthly billing.
This includes court reporting agencies, law firms, mediators, and other professional organizations that rely on consistent access to our rooms and services.


Who is Eligible

  • Clients who book rooms or services on a regular basis

  • Businesses that prefer consolidated monthly invoicing

  • Approved professional organizations with recurring needs


Who is Not Eligible

  • Members of the public

  • Individuals making one-time or occasional bookings


All memberships are subject to approval based on booking frequency and business type. SPCC reserves the right to review and accept applicants who meet these criteria.

Built for busy schedulers like court reporters, legal assistants, and agency coordinators — the SPCC Partner Membership helps you save time, stay organized, and deliver a professional experience for every client, every time.

SPCC Partner Membership is completely free for eligible clients. There are no sign-up or recurring membership costs.


Invoicing & Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued upon completion of services.

  • Payment is due within 30 days of service.

  • A 1.5% monthly interest fee will apply to any overdue balances.


Credit Card on File

  • Members may securely store a backup credit card for convenience.

  • Your card will only be charged if an invoice remains unpaid after 45 days and after prior notice.

  • A 5% processing fee applies to any credit card charge.


Preferred Payment Method

  • We strongly prefer check payments to help reduce credit card processing fees.


After-Hours & Weekend Rates

  • Bookings before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are billed at 1.5x the standard rate.

  • Weekend and holiday bookings are billed at 2x the standard rate.

SPCC reserves the right to terminate your membership if you violate these terms and policies or engage in any conduct that is detrimental to SPCC or its members.

SPCC may modify these terms and policies at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
