SPCC Legal Elite l Membership is reserved for frequent users who require flexible billing, last minute reservations and custom services. 

This program is ideal for court reporting agencies, law firms and mediators.

Who May Qualify

• • Clients with a current client preference sheet
  • Legal clients  who regularly book rooms or services 
  • Clients with reservations that may exceed the expected duration
  • Clients who have a need for before or after hours 

All memberships are subject to approval based on booking frequency and business type. 

SPCC reserves the right to review and accept applicants who meet these criteria.

The SPCC Legal Elite Membership is offered at no charge to qualifying clients. Sign-up is fast and simple — contact us for approval and a brief walk-through. 

Rates:

• Small Room (1–5 people): $40/hour
• CME Room (with exam table): $50/hour
• Board Room (6–8 people): $60/hour
• Seminar Room (9–50 people): $75/hour
• Mediation Package (2 Small and 1 Board room): $140/hour
• Custom requests available:  Multi-room, Multi-day, etc.

After-Hours & Weekend Rates: 

Before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri): 1.5× standard rate

Weekends & holidays: 2× standard rate

Invoicing & Payment Terms:

Invoices – Issued after services are completed; payment due 30 days.

Late Payments – 1.5% monthly interest applies to overdue balances.

Credit Card on File – A backup card is securely stored for convenience and only charged if an invoice remains unpaid after 45 days, and a week has gone by with no response to an email as well as a phone call. 

Processing Fees – A 5% fee applies to all credit card payments. Preferred payment methods are ACH or check to avoid fees.

Billing & Policies: 

Billing – Charges are applied at the conclusion of each reservation and based on the full reserved duration.

Cancellation – A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

Minimum Booking – 2-hour minimum for Small and Board Rooms; 4-hour minimum for the Seminar Room.

Accurate Booking Duration – Please provide the full expected duration at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs. If no duration is given, a 4-hour minimum will apply.

Additional Time – SPCC will make every effort to extend bookings if proceedings run over; however, if another reservation is scheduled, the room must conclude at the reserved end time.

SPCC reserves the right to terminate membership if:

• Terms are violated
• Invoices remain unpaid for more than 45 days
• Conduct detrimental to SPCC or its members is observed
